"Reviewing my call history for July, I have 17 calls from this office alone, and only one voicemail which is three seconds of silence. Three days have two calls for the same day. Early on in this I picked up one call (as I forgot to silent my phone and it rang during a business meeting at around 9:15am the day after they called me just before 5pm) to advise I wasn't interested, and thought that was the end of that. Clearly not. Just for kicks, I decided to look through my call history for the year thus far. 38 total calls across three branches. I'm not a State Farm customer, and frankly, I won't ever be given this harassing behavior. This marks the third branch (this one being the worst) constantly calling me multiple times a week trying to solicit business. May was a State Farm branch in Summerville, and February was one in Mount Pleasant. What part of not interested and being on a do not call list isn't understood? do you even check the no call lists? I've reached out to State Farm on the previous two separate occasions and was told each time it would be stopped. Giving credit where credit is due, the calls did stop pretty quickly for both Summerville and Mount Pleasant. I shouldn't have to call State Farm each time an office opens up to tell them to stop calling me though. I will now be marking any future calls (from any State Farm number) that get through my recently applied blocks with my carrier as spam, and if that doesn't work, onto filing a complaint with both the FTC and FCC. I'm beyond over it. State farm needs to seriously look into their client and customer acqusition strategy. I've asked a few friends out of curiosity if they've had any issues like this, and a few mentioned similar repeat calls. These aggressive tactics are completely unacceptable."
